Please choose carefully as the sale of discounted items is final and they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Full Priced Items  

We do not offer returns, exchange or refunds on a ‘change of mind’ basis. However if you have selected the wrong size, we may be able to exchange the item for a different size if the item is in stock. To see if we have an alternative size please contact us at and provide a copy of your receipt.

To be eligible for an exchange of size, your item must be returned to us at the address below within 10 days of receipt and must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the product and the costs of redelivery of the exchanged product to you.

Defective or Faulty Items

We aim to provide you with products of the highest standard and quality. We will happily exchange or refund items if they are deemed defective or damaged, as required by law. If you have received a product with a defect, please contact us at with a copy of your receipt as soon as possible so we can help resolve the situation immediately.

The item must be returned to us to the address below within 10 days of receipt. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.

If the product is found not to be faulty or defective or is returned outside the 10 day period we will not be able to process a refund or exchange and we will contact you to arrange return of the product to you at your expense.

Excluded Items

For health and hygiene reasons food, underwear or personal care and beauty products cannot be returned (unless faulty).
